At HIGH DIVE APPAREL, we want you to love your fit, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags. Whether the size isn't right or you've changed your mind, our goal is to make the transition as smooth as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to get your items back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
